With every new beginning comes the question: “How did all of this start?” The truth is, it was always a vision in motion.

 

While walking and praying on my usual trail, I clearly heard the Lord say, “I’m taking you back some places.” And time and time again, He did just that. When we began preparing to sell our first home, I felt the Lord speak again: “It’s time to share the view.” I paused and asked, “What view? The view of You, Lord? This beautiful mountain view?” In my heart, I knew—it was both.

 

Over the past 23 years, I’ve been blessed to witness breathtaking scenes: radiant sunrises and sunsets, doves, bluebirds, owls, and soaring eagles. The atmosphere around me was a constant reminder of God’s glory—His creation, His handiwork.

 

It all began with a passion to share—to invite others into both the natural and spiritual beauty that surrounded us. Step by step, God revealed more of His plan. As we followed His lead, doors opened, opportunities arose, and what began as a vision slowly took shape through passion, talent, calling, and obedience.

 

Decorating has always been close to my heart. I started as an interior decorator and spent years creating beautiful settings for weddings and events. That love for creativity, and the joy of working for myself, never left. For the past 20 years, my husband and I have pursued various ventures—but always with the same heartbeat: to serve and to glorify God.

 

New Beginnings at Sweet Southern Farm is the result of hard work, faith in action, and a calling fulfilled. Faith pushed us to move our feet, and now we stand ready to welcome you.
